Après avoir testé plusieurs VPN, mon choix s’est tourné vers Change-mon-ip.com qui offre un VPN de qualité avec son pack 3 pays pour à peine 5€/mois.

· Swedish authorities or,
· Other organization or individuals demands access to information protected by Ipredator?

Ipredator Safe Surf enjoys the strongest legal protection possible under Swedish Law because of the service type (pre-paid flat-rate service). This means that Ipredator do not have to keep an ordinary customer database (to be able handle transactions etc.). This is of importance if forced to hand over information.

Je ne vois pas comment un FAI ou une autorité de quelque sorte puisse “prouver” quoique ce soit si on passe par de multiples proxies et un vpn.. surtout si aucun log n’est conservé.. après y a peut etre des possibilités, mais je ne les connais pas..

Mais je suis d’accord avec toi, un VPN hors UE serait plus “safe” pour quelqu’un qui télécharge des films de vacances

Dans tous les cas, il n’y a de risques que si l’on utilise des réseaux p2p de base.. dès qu’on passe sur un réseau un peu crypté ou sur un tracker privé, il me semble qu’hadopi est lost.. et si on part sur du direct download j’en parle même pas

Je ne me suis pas encore renseigné sur l’acta cependant, ça dit quoi en bref ?
